About the company Jack Pot LLC

The Jack Pot LLC company was founded on February 9, 1995. In 20 years of existence, Jack Pot LLC organized games of chance in the MANNER and under the CONDITIONS prescribed by: Law on games of chance and entertainment games (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 20/91; 38/92 and 2/94), by the Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 52/04) According to the Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 52/04 and Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 13/07).

We started organizing games of chance in:

● The hotel "Podgorica" (on the basis of Contract/Decision of the Ministry of Finance number: 04-422/1-95 dated March 20, 1995; on the basis of the Law on Games of Chance and fun games (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 20/91; 38/92 and 2/94));

The activity of games of chance is an activity of public interest and the exclusive right of the state of Montenegro, and this right is transferred by the state to economic companies, which are registered for organizing games of chance, through a concession in the manner and under the conditions provided by the Law on games of chance, with the obligation to pay the concession fee for the transferred rights, in the manner provided by law, namely:

● Concession fees for organizing casino games for obligations from the Agreement on the right to organize games of chance in casinos (concession) derive from Article 42 of the Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 52/04 and Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 13/07 )

● Concession fees for organizing special games of chance in slot clubs and obligations from the Agreement on organizing games of chance on machines (concessions) Jack Pot LLC derives from Art. 61 of Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 52/04 and Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 13/07).

● The hotel "Crna Gora", St. Peter Cetinje Boulevard No. 2, Podgorica - Casino "Montenegro" (on the basis of the Concession Agreement for organizing special games of chance in the casino, number 02-3978/1 dated December 22, 2005; on the basis of the Law on Games of Chance ( Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 52/04.));

● The hotel "Queen of Montenegro", Becici, Budva - casino "Queen of Montengro" (on the basis of Agreement on the concession for organizing special games of chance in the casino, number 02-2906/1 dated 11.12.2006; on the basis of the Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 52/04.));

● The hotel "Splendid", Becici, Budva - casino "Royale" (on the Concession Agreement for the organization of special games of chance in the casino number 02-01-152/1 dated February 17, 2010; on on the basis of the Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 52/04) as well as on the basis of the Decision on Relocation No. 02/01-158/2 dated February 25, 2010)

● The "Jack Pot" slot machine club, Mediteranska no. 4, Budva (on the basis of Concession Agreement for organizing special games of chance in slot machine clubs no. 02/01-638/2 dated August 15, 2010 and on the basis of the Annex to the Concession Agreement for organizing special games of chance in automatic clubs No. 02/01-296/4 dated August 14, 2013 and on the basis of the Annex to the Concession Agreement for organizing special games of chance of games of chance in automatic clubs No. 02/01-900/2 dated October 30, 2013; based on the Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 52/04 and Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 13/07))
